AmeriSys understands that visually impaired people may have problems using modern technology.
Many of these problems can be avoided by carefull design. As such, we take the needs of disabled
persons under consideration whenever possible. One of the means we use is audio and tactile
feedback. Braille encoding of our keyboards provides a clear tactile feedback. It also adds
the ability of using our keyboards in total darkness, even in blackout mode, when the audio
and visual indicators are turned off. Here is the standard symbol set we use.
